F3 Churham is excited to go north in its expansion efforts to Hillsborough! After some thoughtful deliberation, “Duck and Weave” was born and will be launching on Cinco de Mayo from the Weaver St. Market parking lot 0530.
As always all men are welcome and it”s free, outside, and open to all fitness levels.
I”m honored to be part of the launch team and excited to introduce some duck walks and weaving during the launch workout!
