3 pax chose their blocks and YHC chose the playlist for a CROSS TABATA. Work 40 seconds and rest 20. Exercises included:
- Curls
- Rows
- Overhead press
- Swings
- Squats with block overhead

What Had Happened
Each pax chose his 2 red bricks that he would hold through out the main event.
Mosey’d to the back of the school with stop at both raffia circles. Lunge walk around with bricks overhead. Modifications included overhead press, overhead clap, and cross country skier. At the second circle we did 10 burpees with the bricks and another 10 cause a Brotox put his bricks down. For shame!
Sprint up and around the hill to the back entrance. We used the parking spots a modified Jack Webb. Bear crawl one spot, 1 merkin and 4 overhead press. Bear craw another spot 2 and 8. Went to 10 and 40.
Mosey’d to the pile to return our bricks with 2 stops along the way.
- 20 IC SSH, 10 tempo single leg deadlifts-each leg.
- Traveled ~60yds by 2 lunge walk steps followed by a burpee.
