It was crisp and clear this morning, 26 degrees. Perfect for a co-Q / VQ. Catskill invited YHC for a VQ which could not be refused. It had all of the elements of a VQ, including missed counts, cadence miscues, and plenty of adrenaline. The campus tour hit all the virgin spots on campus, nothing out of the ordinary. Luckily the PAX stuck together, helped out as necessary, and rode it out.

The THANG part 2 (Catskill Q, 20 min)
- Catskill took over, and turned it up a few notches. My apologies for taking more than half the time (true VQ / co-Q style) so he called an audible from his original plan
- Mosey to Paul Green Drive for a brutal ascending back-and-forth curbside bear crawl with merkins going from 1 up to 13 merkins after the 13th time crossing the street
- Ricky Bobby plank hold with the guy in the back doing bear crawl to the front
- Mosey back to the AO
Mary: Secret agent x10, Homer-to-Marge x25, Hello Dolly x25, flutter kicks x25, Ring of Fire with 5 merkins (twice)
COT: Prayers up for Lopair. Shout out to Cousin Vinny (not present) and Harlequin for bringing me into F3 in August 2018. My message to the group today was short and sweet: I asked the PAX to thank your support at home, your wife or whoever picks up the slack for you while we are out having the time of our lives, enjoying the fitness, fellowship, and faith that binds us as men of F3. It’s a gift that we can do this together so often, but many of us could not do it without the support of those outside of F3, ironically. Especially me, so a big thanks to the M. I love my new F3 family and brotherhood, thanks for the opportunity to lead for the first time and putting up with all the virgenness of the day.
