One of my first few post though was at Rameses. The Q called bear crawl from the bottom to the tree line at the top of the parking lot. I didn’t think I’d ever reach it! Growing up in SW FL, the only hills were bridges and interstate overpasses. Over the last 2 years I’ve developed a certain affection for hills. Sometimes it seems they’re calling out to me. This morning we answered its call.
Warm up
SSH, arm circles, windmill, hillbilly’s, slow merkins, slow squats

Mosey’d to the bottom. Then bear crawled to the tree line at the top of the parking lot. 10 burpees OYO
Lt Dan back to the bottom of the parking lot—together IC, but squats increased with pax call. In other words, 1 squat, then 2, 3, 4, etc.
Grabbed some rail for rows. One pax banged out 5, while the others did a 5 count negative row. This continued to each had go their turn at 5 reps.
Mosey’d back to the bottom of this hill and partnered up for Heartbreak 1, 2, 3. Taking turns running to the top of the hill(where the parking lot starts) we completed 100 merkins, 200 squats, and 300 LBCs.
Back to the rail for rows. One pax banged out 5, while the others did a 5 count negative row. This continued to each had go their turn at 5 reps.
