(One error was just Green Acres being Green Acres, but why is it so hard to remember COT?) Mosey’d half a lap. Bear Crawl and Lunge Walk the other half.

[Homegrown Berry] was excited to get a chunk of time to Q at Paradise this morning! Wanted to do some of my favorites that offered high bang for your buck, quick to explain, and partnering up is always an added motivator. We circled up at the top of the parking lot where Nightshift concluded his portion to only recall we needed blocks in order to perform blockees. Quick mozy to grab blocks and taken back to the AO.Circled back up to introduce/practice the movements:
- Blockee x 5 IC 6 count
- WWII x 5 ITPartnered up (each group with 2 blocks):
- Partner 1: double block farmer’s carry around loop
- Partner 2: 10 WWIIs and then AYG to partner 1
- Partners together performed 5 blockees & then flapjackHeld plank until all groups finished one loop around. To not waste any precious Q time, we did 5 blockees SC as a group. Torch pass!
