Halloween 2022 (accompanied with a frightening playlist) – For some reason this day brought out unusual traffic to the AO which had the PAX on constant lookout for vehicles driving through. Should have called for some monkey-humpers, but it wasn’t in the plans. We adjusted and pushed through the series of ghoulish exercises.
Let’s turn up the heat. the warmup:
- Although @Spookie almost disqualified YHC’s choice of inchworms for Mary the other day, I consider them scary enough to call when I’m the Q.

The Scary Thang:
- We lined up at the building wall to Pass the Pumpkin, wall-sit and pass a 25lb sandbag pumpkin on a 10 count to hold with arms out, two rounds. At this time parents started driving through dropping off their children for what we believe to be a field trip of some sort.
- Spooky single leg squat
- Vampire V-Ups, pass the pumpkin every 5 count. We had to make sure and not be too far out on the parking lot to get run over.
- Scary Supermans
- Spider Planks (Peter Parkers)
We then moseyed to find a spot beyond where the parents were dropping off their children to do some Elevens:
- Boo-erpees

Follow that up with some Jeopardous Johnny Dramas
Then moseyed back to the wall to repeat Pass the Pumpkin, this time overhead hold or press one way and then curls on the way back
