6 PAX rolled out at 5am for a 2.25 mile jog and pullups for extra credit. 12 PAX, including 2 FNGS (welcome Bubbles and Bunsen) posted at the main event. It was early, but clear and comfortable. Not really gloomy at all. For sure the F3 groundhog saw his shadow indicating at least 6 more weeks of beatdowns.
The Thang: Groundhog Day!
Thanks to Choo Choo for constructing two 6×6 wooden die for this event. In the movie Groundhog Day, Bill Murray wakes up day after day, reliving the same thing over and over. Each day, he would change something and his day would be different. In this event, after completing a “day” consisting of 3 exercises, a PAX would choose one of the exercises to change and roll the dice. Whatever the dice added up to was the exercise that was substituted.
