Great weeks always start with an F3 workout!

We did some warm up exercises and then had two events

BURPEE GO ROUND
Using a half of a soccer field (Square):
Run to the first corner and back
Run to the second corner and back
Run to the third corner and back
Run all the way around and back
The catch is that every time you get to a corner or pass a corner, coming or going, you do five burpees. (100 burpees total)

STEEP DORA
Partner up and do 100 WWII, 200 flutter, 300 LBC
One partner does the exercise, the other runs up and back that STEEP ASS hill with the AstroTurf on it.
