- Series of exercises to end of sidewalk and jog back: lunge walk, side shuffle squats, butt kickers, high knees, grapevine
The Thang:
Launch from 6.5 mile marker south down the ATT to the 9.5 mile marker. Turn back. 6 miles in 46 minutes. YHC realizes he runs faster when Doogie”s not pacing him.
