YHC thought he was Q; alas, he was wrong, as he misread the spresadsheet. Happy Gilmore generously offered to give up his spot and allow YHC to take the helm.
9 PAX converged for a little upper upper body workout, and with a grateful heart, YFC felt like he delivered a reasonable workout centered around Merkins.
Warm up: SSHs, power up Merkins, hillbilly, arm claps, and arm circles.
Main event: Merkin ladder to 12 and back with approx 50 yard run in between, jog to front of school, 2×10 dirkins, 2×15 irkins, 10 each diamond Merkins, wide grip Merkins, dive bombers, and Carolina dry-docks. PAX complained “Brady, we DO have legs,” so YHC felt compassion and threw in a couple sets of squats and lunges. All told the men knocked out 244 Merkins.
