The following is a true story based on actual events that took place in the early morning hours on Wednesday, February 8th 2017…
It was a busy morning pre-ME with 4 PAX members rucking, 5 doing pull ups, and 2 running laps around the track. Maybe the PAX wanted to take advantage of the 57 degree weather in February or maybe it was just shaking off the guilt of Superbowl shenanigans. Whatever the reason, 20 PAX showed up for the ME and we got busy. What happens next really happened.

Bear Crawl/Crawl Bear spin cycle with 5 merkins between spins down to bottom of the hill
recovery jog to parking lot
Animal crawls around the square/circle(I don”t my know geography well) of the parking lot

Recovery jog over to the railing for some pull ups

This is YHC”s 1 year anniversary of being in F3 officially. I am so grateful that F3 found me and every man in this group and every man who will join. The men in this group have made me a better person and a better leader. It is a pleasure to get up at a time I used to think only existed in mythology and go through the pain and sweat with all of you. You don”t know how much this means to me to be able to lead you guys and be lead by you guys. Special thanks to Marky Mark for getting me out to post for the first time a year ago, I owe you brother.
