The Thang:

Stop off on the way to the tennis courts for 12 x dips and 10 x derkins, repeato

Hit the tennis courts:

Run through the 4th court and do 10 burpees and return. Run through the 3rd court and do 15 burpees and return. Run through the 2nd court and do 20 burpees and return.

Bear crawl through the 3rd court, run through the 6th court and return

Run through the 4th court and do 15 merkins and return. Run through the 3rd court and do 20 merkins and return. Run through the 2nd court and do 25 merkins and return.

Bear crawl through the 3rd court, run through the 6th court and return

Run through the 4th court and do 10 jump squats and return. Run through the 3rd court and do 15 jump squats and return. Run through the 2nd court and do 20 jump squats and return.

Bear crawl through the 3rd court, run through the 6th court and return

Mosey to bottom of Tarheel Warrior Mountain. Bear Crawl halfway up, travelling burpees to top of hill and then lunge walk to top of parking lot.
