Little Baby Arm Circles x 11 (then reverse)
Willie Mays Hays x 10
Imperial Walker x 15
Slow Merkin x 10

The Thang

Fellowship jog to the Food Lion parking lot.
Partner Up
Partner 1 runs around the pre-defined area (about 1/3 mile)
Partner 2 does burpees until Partner 1 returns.
Then, partner 2 runs while partner 1 does burpees
x3 but with Merkins and hand release Merkins for the last two rounds.

DO IT AGAIN but with
Partner 1 Runs and Partner 2 Squats
Then Bobby Hurleys
Then jump lunges
