I had a plan, a well defined, nasty plan for a workout. When I arrived on scene, I decided to throw it out the window and have some fun with the 12 PAX. I had the PAX pair up and we started to mosey.
I decided that we’d do a number of evolutions, each involving a mosey of some distance and one of the pairs of PAX designing a couplet to perform. Rinse and repeato for a good time. The one negative thing about doing a dynamic on-the-fly workout such as this is that it’s hard to recall what work was actually done. Needless to say, it was awesome!
