9 pax gathered at The Rock to kick off Form Week in style. YHC’s love of form discussions is well known in Churham’s Southern terrain, so an opportunity to bring the gospel to our Northernmost territory was cause for celebration – and, as everyone knows, there’s no better way to celebrate than with some good friends, some great tunes, and many, many Perkins.

The Thang:

Warmup at the traffic circle consisted of SSH, Imperial Walkers, WMH, Stepback Lunges, Mountain Climbers, Tenzig Norgays and Slow Perkins, with an assist from the non-FNG soon-to-be VQs practicing proper cadence counting.

Once warm it was time for the musical interlude, consisting of squat-hold Roxanne, merkin Thunderstuck and Sherpee Song 2 (Sherpee: burpee with a Tenzig Norgay before the merkin. Tenzig Norgay: full-extension Mountain Climber, where feet land next to the corresponding hand).

From the traffic circle, fellowship run to The Rock (BFH). Half the pax sprint to the top and knock out 20 WWIIs, the other half do 20 cadence Freddie Mercurys, then flapjack.

With 1 minute to go, we finished with 1 minute of Boat Canoe, which all pax agreed was more than enough.
