Merkins, Squats, Sit and Reach, Shuttle Run, Bent-Knee Situps, Block-Curls, Blockies, V-ups, Swings and a mile run and pull-ups if you have a bar

After standard Vice warmup, We started off with the mile run and pull-ups. Then moved to merkins and squats. We warmed up our legs by doing the Vice original tea bags. Then we made it on to the block exercises of curls, swings and blockies.
We then transitioned to some football stuff with the block representing the rock and hiked it 10 yards or so and then did 10 monkey jumpers. Rinse and repeat through all 30 pax minus one false start.
Finished off with the triple threat of yanni merkins, Arnold presses and overhead claps. We did this as a pyramid up to 5 and back down to 1.
Mary: final 2 exercises of presidential fitness, one minute of bent knee sit-ups and 1 minute of V-ups.
