F3 Baseball – The PAX split into groups of four and took their bases. 10 Merkins executed at each base with the PAX then Bear Crawling to the next base to repeat.

YHC talked about how important this F3 time has become for him during the week to clear his head and focus on improving himself. Thanked all the PAX for allowing him to spend this time with them.
Also spoke about how the 56 signers of the Declaration of Independence did so knowing it would ensure a death sentence for them if they were ever captured. Recognize that sacrifice that eventually paved the way for the freedoms we have today.
