Thang: 
Partner up.
One person runs down the hill, and then Bernie Sanders up the hill while the other does burpees. Keep switching off until your team gets to a total of 60. 

One person runs down the hill, and then sprints back up while the other does merkins.  Keep switching off until your team gets to a total of 100.  

Light jog to the tennis courts.  

Bear crawl 1.5 tennis courts, 20 merkins.  Bernie Sanders back to the starting line.  Bear crawl all 3 tennis courts, 20 merkins.  Sprint back to the finish line.  

Crawl bear 1.5 tennis courts, 15 merkins.  Bernie Sanders back to the starting line.  Crawl bear all 3 tennis courts, 10 merkins.  Sprint back to the finish line.  

Light jog to basketball courts.  

Half the group did balls to the wall for 70-80 seconds, the other half did peoples chair.  Switch, repeat.  
Mosey to the picnic benches.

Thanks too Chum and Yanni for the motivation to get out and Q again.  It’s a great way to get back into the workouts because you have to show up.  Highly suggest anyone who hasn’t done it to give it a shot, and all of us would be happy to co Q with you if it’s more comfortable.  Great work and effort by all 15 men this morning.
