Warmarama- SSH, WMH, Arm Circles, Michael Phelps

The Thang: We slow moseyed to the back field and looked for our shoes and while doing a few burpees and one legged hops to put on the shoes as we waited for double pike and Gold N Boy and our FNK

Once we reached the field, Newt led us through races to the field frisbees- Yellow frisbee was a floyd plank- Red was a rocket jump with a burpee and blue was candle stick ups, We raced down and back twice

Three legged race- we had the families partner up and 3 leg race using flex bands down the field with Newt and Easy Bake winning round one and Vice and Double Pike winning the race back

We played a brand new game in the field called hide and seek. First round the 2.0s were hiding with the adults chasing. Then rinsed and repeated with the adults hiding and the kids chasing.

Final game was a game of flag football sortof and sharks and minnows. Each person started with a flag and once it was pulled, they joined Newt as a shark until the final minnow stayed alive. Easy Bake won this game.

Time for gymnastics Mary- We partnered up and did 2 merkins and slowly raised up their feet until all PAX did 2 handstand merkins. Newt got the best workout here because he had to hold my legs up in the air which he didn’t realize at the time actually weight about 50 pounds each.

We then did partner candlesticks. Partner back merkins. (This is one coming to the big boys soon, it’s good)

COT- Rain Bear has a teacher who broke a leg and Jackson Storm and Vault’s mom is due with another baby soon. Vault made sure to let us know she is 6 and a half today and Porterhouse made sure to let us know that he was in fact the dad of this newly formed love though there was some discussion of timing of the conception and due date. We had a great time and as a dad this was a special moment to share with my daughter.
