We didn’t have exclusive heart rate monitoring technology and as noted this morning YHC is not a trained professional.  The only points tallied were the number of Chumbaburpees in our warmup and there’s no cover charge at this AO.  I really dug deep to scientifically design a workout sure to produce an after burn to break us out of the Monday morning gloom.  After all, “all models are wrong, some are useful.” – George Box

Warmup – Mosey to traffic circle for Chumbaburpees (4:39 of SSH and approximately 27 burpees)

The Thang -Mosey to Cates Creek Community Park.  PAX choose a landscape rock coupon for curls x 30, overhead press x 30, bent over rows x 30.  Return coupon.  Mosey to soccer field.  RYAO length of soccer field.  Short plank hold for the 6.  RYAO length of soccer field back.  Plank for the 6.  Ricky Bobby along Cates Creek Parkway to the guardrails for Irkin x 30, Derkins x 25, Diamond Merkins x 20.  Peoples Chair along the guardrail x 10 count (multiple languages) each PAX down the line.  Ricky Bobby back to the park gate.  Bear Crawl to sidewalk/picnic tables.  Modified Burpee Dans (4 walking lunges, 1 traveling burpee) back to park gate.  Crab Walk back to sidewalk.  Circle up for some pre-Mary Bring Sally Up (3:22 starting in Merkin up position and performing low plank hold for “bring Sally down”).  Ricky Bobby back to Waterstone Pool.

NMS – Great to host Kevin and Doi this morning.  Thanks for making the drive to the Northern Province! While we couldn’t measure VO2 or other surrogates for post exercise oxygen consumption I’m fairly certain I didn’t hear any singing from the PAX.  If the CDC calls that intense exercise I’m going with it.
