Seven PAX gathered in the no-so-gloomy gloom on a wondrously un-humid Wednesday morning in June. Dean Wormer had just finished solo ruck laps up THWM, and all PAX were eager to begin. No FNGs, so we got started. “Alright, guys, I think we’re ready to lay this warm-up down. By the way, my name is Botched. Yes, the Botched. And I gotta tell you: fellas.. you have got what appears to be a dynamite AO!”

Mosey to the base of THWM. “I’ll be honest.. fellas, the Dips were looking great. But.. I could’ve used a little more cowbell. So.. let’s take it again.. and really explore the studio space this time.”

Mosey down to the very bottom of THWM, then sprint back up to the first gate.
