  • Warm-up – YHC was running slow during EC, luckily nightshift sprinted ahead to get the PAX started with some SSH.
    • 30XSSH
    • 30X High Knees
    • 10X Slow Squat
    • 20X Mt Climbers

The Thang

  • Indian Run to Park, person in front carrying 80lb Ruck
  • 3 Person DORA (supposed to be 300 of the 2nd exercises but YHC overestimated)
    • 100 Get ups – High Knees to Partner – 200 Flutterkicks
  • Circle of Dislike – Some moron left a ruck with 80lb sitting beside the goalpost
    • The choosen one suitcase carries a 80lb ruck around the PAX (switch arm after 1 circle) while PAX perform the choosen ones least favorite exercise
  • 3 Person DORA
    • 100 burpees – Sprint to partner – 200 Box on Shelf
  • Indian Run to AO carrying and passing 40lb ruck, 30lb dumbbell, 10lb dumbbell
