Only 3 other PAX decided to join the Q this morning for some educational burpees.  During the warm up we discussed proper form for merkins and planking, which parlayed perfectly into proper form for burpees.  The workout was a basic 4 corners work on the large soccer field.  The first lap around included sprinting to each corner then as a group doing a single exercise for 45 seconds then sprinting to the next corner.  The first last included diamond merkins, wide grip merkins, hand release merkins, and standard merkins.  The second lap stepped up the intensity with burpees in the corners to accompany the sprinting.  Prior to starting the 2nd lap we did some 6 deconstructed burpees to ensure everyone had the proper form.  We did x-men burpees, bro-pees, hand release burpees and tuck jump burpees.  The bro-pees were completed in the darkest corner of the field so we can all pretend they never happened.  The last lap was all legs, with backwards running, high skipping (with an OPEC wizard of OZ serenade), and side shuffling between corners of lunge jumps, squat jumps, tuck jumps and frog jumps.

We finished off form week in the most appropriate way possible.  I mean what is more important than proper form when doing Homer to Marge, you would not want to explain to anyone how you injured yourself if it happened with that exercise.  And since we had a small number we got to know our balls with some high and low ball taps on the large baseballs.

COT:  Prayers for all those PAX enjoying CSUP events this weekend, and reminder be safe with the possibility of inclement weather this weekend.
