The Thang: Double the rep – Double the fun

Todays date is 3/3/22 which seemed like a good excuse to do reps of 33 and 22. As a joke I posted that there would be 55 burpess, and the level of excitement on slack meant that I had to deliver. All rep counts were double numbers: 11, 22, 33, 44, 55.  The exact order of exercises is immaterial the main point is that we went the whole time without stopping.

11x merkin – 22x arm circles – 33x air presses

11x tuck jumps – 22x lunge jumps – 33x squat jumps

11x burpees then move to the walls

11x wall kicks – 22x balls to the wall – 33x peoples chair – 22x balls to the wall – 11x burpees

11x merkins – 11x alternating plank – 11x merkin – 22x plank jack – 11x merkin – 11x mnt climber – 11x merkin

Mosey to the field for the intermission

55x burpees OYO

Obama bear crawl (4 merkins followed by 4 bear crawl steps) – lunge and backwards run back to endline

Sprint to midfield backwards run back

Sprint the whole field backwards run back
