Standard warm-up then it was time for fun with Dora. We moseyed to end line and partnered up.

A few wrinkles added to the standard Dora format of 100, 200, 300 reps completed as a partner set with partners alternating reps and traveling:
  1. Once a PAX reaches the end of one exercise (i.e. 100 merkins completed), partners meet back up at endline for 5 burpees before transitioning to next exercise.
  2. The mode and distance of travel also change when the exercise changes (see below).
  3. 5 burpee checkout once all reps are done.
Round 1 – The Classic
100 merkins – Lunge walk six yard box and back
200 squat – bear crawl 18 yard box and back
300 LBC SC – run to half field and back
Round 2 – Cardio – same modes and distances of travel
100 jump squats
200 plank jack SC
300 SSH SC
Round 3 – Upper-body Strength
Mosey to rock pile to grab a rock, rifle carry back to endline. Switched bear crawl to crab walk
100 curls
200 overhead press
300 bent-over rows
Put rocks back, circle up for
