YHC had spent the past week fartsacking so having the Q was the kick in the backside needed to get back out. Fortunately, the rain had stopped so we stayed on the turf.
Warm up: SSH, Willie Mays, Good Morning, ACs, OC, IW, MC, slow merkin, and fellowship lap.
The Thang: Using one of the soccer fields, trace the number ‘8’ using different mode of travel to each point and doing 15 reps of 3 exercises before travelling together to the next point. Total of 8 stops.
First 8 the PAX did merkins, LBCs, and squats for the exercises. Mode of travel was bearcrawl, sideshuffle x2, sprint x2, backwards run, lunge walk, and super mario.
2nd 8 PAX did dry docks, WWIIs, and jump squats for the exercises. Mode of travel was primarily sprinting b/c of the time, with backwards run tossed in. Modified to 10 reps because of the time.
