12+ PAX showed up for a heaping helping of the Peach Special, doled out generously to those willing souls with a sweet tooth and a hankering for forearm pain. There are many marks of a challenging workout routine. If you are ever discussing with your fellow PAX, “Man, can”t wait until we do the burpees so I can rest a bit!”, that is when you know you are Peach-deep in a challenging workout routine. We farmer carried close to a mile with 30-45 lb. weights, pulled 50 ManMaker pull ups, and burped 100 burpees. That”ll do, yes sir, that”ll do.
Compound interest is an importance concept to grasp in finance. It is interest you earn on principal and interest. It is what makes good investors prosperous. Your interest earns returns. You have more money. Good for you. Unfortunately, for the purposes of The Falcon faithful and this BB, we are not talking about compound interest. We are talking about compound pain. YHC made a simple error in the workout foundation (unbeknownst to PAX then, but now let it be knownst to pax now!). But it was a bank error in their favor, as it were, as the pain compounded which means the strength compounded which means the momentum compounded. You”re welcome, scholar athletes.
28 then got their sweat on by heading over to the tennis courts for a 4-corner escalator:
- Sprint to first corner: 20 merkins (whoops, those were supposed to be burpees and only 10 of them)
- Bear crawl to second corner: 20 merkins, 20 burpees (whoops, compound burpee interest added to compound merkin interest: we”re rich! In pain.)
- Sprint to third corner: 20 merkins, 20 burpees, 30 squats
- Bear crawl to fourth corner: 20 merkins, 20 burpees, 30 squats, 40 tuck jumps
Time to de-escalate the conflict:
Next time is all OYO, AFAYC, with half the reps, backwards. Next time we will do these in Fibonnaci wave patters to confuse PAX even more. See, I listen to feedback!

Next, we broke into groups of 3. One guy did two tennis courts of bunny hops, 2 of bear crawls, and 2 of crawl bears, and then a sprint back 6 tennis courts. The others did merkins and bulgarian split squats, respectively. Rotate. We did it again but cut distances in half.
Back to the parking lot for a flutter-kick fueled Mary.
