17 PAX assembled with anticipation looking forward to what was likely to be their last Coco beat-down before he heads out to establish F3 SLC. As 0545 approached without a silver Camry screaming around the corner, it became apparent something was amiss. Turns out Coco had made a valiant attempt to drive straight thru from a family function in Illinois to make it back for Pleasantville, but didn’t arrive in Churham until 0330. Fortunately, he’d given YHC a late heads up, so we did our best to tackle a Coco-esqueworkout…

Warm-up

The Thang

Since YHC had forgotten his gloves, we found a nice circle of soft grass, and got down to describing today’s simple workout.

  • 14 burpees in 1 minute
  • 13 burpees in 1 minute
  • 12 burpees in 1 minute
  • 4 burpees in 1 minute
  • 6 burpees (3 + 2 + 1) in 1 minute

Too early to start Mary, so we knocked out 200 air squats Tabata-style. 20 squats every 30 seconds.
