Partner up for steel and tire:
ROUND 1
DORA: PAX switched off running length of parking lot and back while other banged out cumulative of the following:
30 overhead press with steel
30 curls with steel
30 rows with steel
ROUND 2
DORA (repeat): PAX did backward run length of parking lot while other banged out cumulative of the following:
50 squats with steel overhead
50 overhead tricep curls with steel
50 bench press with steel
ROUND 3
PAX ran to the last island of main lot from bottom of lot to bang out:
10 BURPEES, then run back down for
20 LBCs
Repeato x 4 (total) 40 Burpees and 80 LBC’s
YHC tried to have PAX rotate in and out for Tire Flips, and this was mildly successful. YHC realized it was a bit choppy with format. YHC will work on this in the future. An improvement was made on the third round while one pair of PAX did lunges while other was on tire, but the main hiccup occurred with YHC not limiting the # of flips; I think Pedialyte was on the tire for quite some time before someone tapped him out!

YHC is thankful for the opportunity to lead as always. I’m always learning how to be more effective as a person and constantly seeing where I can improve. I’m glad the PAX is patient with me when one may not be 100% on their game with format, but that’s the beauty of this group, that we’re there in support of one another in our efforts to be better leaders in all that we do.
