- 7 Mountain Climbers IC (I believe that I cut it to one lap)
- 8 IC ski abs (ran to construction cone and back)
- 9 shoulder taps (short Bernie and back)

Summary: this was a tough workout; the PAX were smoked at the end, just like the Kranks and smoked trout
