Choose a card, any card….

YHC took the Q at the last minute because the Q sheet was empty. (Calling all PAX, calling all PAX – The Q sheet needs some help. That is all.) ‘Twas a bit humid (as in needed a scuba mask for the workout) and warm (as in I was sweating after getting out of the car). Anyway, YHC wanted to preview what’s coming up in August at the Wall. Off to the races.

YHC had reviewed Google Maps the night before and determined that the Wall parking lot had exactly 34 parking spaces. So, I printed 34 numbered sheets of paper and then proceeding to label each spot with a number 1-34. All was going well until I realized that there were really 35 spaced. Damn it, Google! Anyway, each number corresponded to an exercise and reps on YHC’s weinke. The PAX took turns running to a spot and choosing a number. I would then reveal the exercise and reps. The choosing PAX could choose to accept that exercise for the rest of us OR could decline and choose another. The caveat was that by declining an exercise and choosing another that meant that we’d have to do double of the next.

Exercises included: Merkins, Lunge Walk, LBCs, Ricky Bobby, Mountain Climbers, Curb Derkins, Jump Squats, Ranger Merkins, Bear Crawl, Gorilla Humpers, Flutter Kicks, Burpees, Running, Chuck Norris Merkins, Crab Walking, WWIIs, Diamond Merkins, Curb Dips, Donkey Kicks, Iron Mikes, Squats, Nolan Ryans, Groiners, Hurpees, Dry Docks, Bows & Toes, Hill Sprints, Reverse Lunges, Monkey Humpers, Supermans, Power Merkins.
