4 PAX went out for the Push-Pull challenge in the dark, damp morning. Countless (almost) pull-ups and push ups for the month of January to help keep us warm.

The workout: Plank merkin ladder to 10, partner squats to 300 and peoples chair, timed hang with the partner runs around the school, sprint, bear crawl, lunge walk, crab walk medley, come down the merkin ladder with jack webs 3:1 ratio
