Run to Bell Tower. Bear crawl up, over and down the stairs and platform. 10 merkins on each side.
Run to campus hill. “Shooter” special on the stairs of campus building. 20 x Derkins and 20 x Dips
Bear crawl up to the hill – 5 burpees at every light post.
Repeat “Shooter” special T the top of the hill.
Run to Well. Then, run down the hill with 5 squats at every light post
Run to Sun Dial. Movements around dial x 3.
Repeat all steps (same movements) until back to AO
