11 of our finest braved the icy temps for a quick run and fellowship.

The thang: A quick warmup the parkway we formed up for a double dose of a downhill tempo x 2. The boys worked on leg rotation while speeding off for .8 miles followed by a .5 cooldown. Speedsters circling back for the 6.

Back at the clubhouse we circled up.

Announcements included the annual
BC holiday party on the 21st, the solstice saunter run next Tuesday. Also the Christmas Lights walk on Tuesday evening.
