The Fetzer EC running club (x6 PAX) logged a few early morning miles winding through the early morning calm of The ”Thrill. If all goes according to plan in Phoenix… things won”t be so quiet around town in just a matter of days. 11 more smiling faces were ready to go upon their return.

The Thang
400M merkin-lap. Merkins at each corner = 10/20/30/40.
1st corner: 10 merkins. 2nd corner: 20 merkins. 3rd corner: 30 merkins. 4th corner: 40 merkins
Upon lap completion, the PAX launched up the Fetzer stairs throughout gates an onto South Rd.
We moseyed through campus past the Undergrad Library and made our way to the Old Well.
Given the initial day of the BDay Q week, YHC though it appropriate to acknowledge (and add action to) the ages of all 17 PAX currently present in the gloom.
The PAX quickly numbered off in 5s for the following:
1s – Reps = your age. Exercise = your choice
2s – Reps = your age. Exercise = your choice
3s – Reps = 20. Exercise = merkins
4s – Reps = your age. Exercise = your choice
5s – Reps = 10. Exercise = burpees
