I promised the any HIM present this AM would learn at least one new exercise’s name. For most of us, it was 2! I mistakenly called Burpos Bropees. Apparently, I only learned one new name!
Warm Up
SSH, seal jacks, smurf jacks, hillbilly, imperial walker, slow merkins
ME
Traveling Contra Burpees- broad jump, burpee, repeat increasing number of merkins to 10.
Mosey’d to the steps for Johnny Dramas. 10 IC each leg then both.
Mosey’d to the b-ball court for 11s using the wall. Alt wall touches, step back lunges, bear crawl/crawl bear.
10 Burpos IC- A low burpee. Starting position is bottom of a squat. Then reach hands out to ground, legs fire back into a plank, chest to the ground, pushup, draw legs back into a squat, final position is the bottom of a squat. No standing up for the duration of the reps.
To the playground for rows/pull ups and BTW.
Ran some trails back to start.

Ring of Fire. Pax called core exercise then ran a lap while the others executed stuff including LBCs, flutters, Heels to Heaven, Superman, Homer to Marge, Low Plank Hold, Merkins, Dead Cockroach.
Shut it down the Seal Burpees and Burpos.
