Main Event
YHC hadn’t Q’d vortex in a long while so great to be back.
Did a series of suicides on the soccer fields with different modes of travel. Starting on the end line hit the 6, 18, half, 18, 6 and full. Mode of travel was to the desired line and always a mosey back. The catch was that every time you came back to the end line you did 5 Burpees.

- Lunge (skipped the last 6 for sake of time)
- Bear Crawl (skipped both 6’s for sake of shoulders) instead of burpees this one had 10 WWII’s
