6 fearless PAX set off on an EC mission to retrieve the log for this past weekend’s GRT.  YHC’s was relieved to discover that the log was MIA and group re-routed for a traditional campus ruck.

Upon returning to Ramses we found a dozen additional PAX ready for a preemptive turkey burn.  2 EC’s peeled off and 16 got ready to get after it in the ME.

We counted off by 3’s and split up into groups.  Each group was instructed to grab a 5 gallon gravel-filled bucket and meet at the bottom of the parking lot.  Each group then formed a line.  First PAX in line was instructed to bear hug the bucket and carry up to the tree line at top of parking lot and back down.  While he was gone each remaining team member in line performed one exercise from the B.O.M.B.S. workout.  1st man performed Burpees.  2nd man performed Overhead Claps.  3rd man performed Merkins.  4th man performed Big Boy Sit-ups (aka WWII’s).  5th man (if applicable) performed Squats.  When the bucket returned each PAX moved up one place in line and performed the next exercise – 1st in line became bucket man, 2nd in line became burpees, 3rd became overhead claps, 4th became merkins, 5th became big boy sit-ups and the former bucket carrier joined the line at the end with squats.  Each team cycled all the way through so that each man performed all exercises and carried the bucket once.  Teams of 5 did Squats as a unit while the last man (YHC) slowly performed the last bucket carry for the team of six.

After all teams finished the rotation, mosey to the bottom of THWM.  From the bottom, Usain Bolt back up to the buckets.  (2) 10-count recoveries and then back into your teams to for another bucket cycle.

Once all teams completed – back down THWM for another Usain Bolt.

Announcements:

Regular AO workouts all a go for tomorrow (Thanksgiving) with Kia leading his VQ at Tobacco Road.  Special Thanksgiving edition of TBL tomorrow at 7 a.m. so great opportunity for a double down to make the turkey nap even sweeter.  Foghorn Leghorn is leading his VQ next Wednesday (11/29) at Ramses – come on out as he has promised to lead cadence with “I say, I say, I say”

Week of December 4th will be form week – all Q’s that week will offer a little extra instruction and explanation for exercises so that everyone can re-learn proper techniques.

Champ is heading up a new Chapel Hill monthly 2nd F – second Wednesday of each month. Details on Slack.

Plans for a Churham Christmas party – looks like it will be Friday, Dec. 15th at The Strowd (formerly Player’s).  Coco has promised the place will be packed with Naughty Librarians, so each PAX should individually decide if he wants to bring his M or not.  But for real – M’s are invited.  2.0’s probably would not enjoy festivities.
