So on a cold Boxing Day 3 PAX gathered together after the slothfulness of Christmas day. YHC did a quick warm-up with jog around the parking lot, some SSH, Good Mornings, and Imperial Walkers. Then we commenced with a 20 minute no break workout. With light weights in hand we did 1 minute circuits of punches, side front raises, SSH, lunges, and bent over rows. We completed 2 circuits of each then without stopping went into squats, wood chops, jumps, reverse punches, and inverted shoulder raises. So all told a good 20 minutes of straight work. We then mosied to some steps and did steps for a few minutes. A quick mary of LBCs, and flutters before YHC called it a few minutes early. It was cold and YHC could not get his fingers in his gloves.
