Partner up for a DORA but with specific exercises and counts. The duo performs exercises and reps as follows, one at a time while the other PAX runs. Start at entrance to parking lot, run to Gazebo and back.

- 200- Big Boy Sit-ups
- 250– Squats.
Moroccon Night Club
- 50 IC to work up that deep shoulder burn.
- When finished, AYG Sprint up to northern entrance to parking lot and back to the AO.

YHC had a long, sleepless weekend away. But I knew I had the Q and wanted to be sure I kept that commitment, regardless of how badly I wanted to sleep in.
