YHC and Spot met up for some EC EMOM. We alternated between 10 thrusters and 20 KB Swings every minute on the minute for 14 minutes.

The Thang:
The North Durham Board of Pain is a ridiculous set of exercises with even more ridiculous rep counts. YHC decided to modify it by going through each exercise and doing as many reps as possible in a minute. YHC brought out a grocery bag and sharpie to record each PAX’s reps after each exercise. The PAX with the most reps would be awarded the Board of Pain. We made it through 17 exercises.
