Prayers for Pax traveling, expecting babies, for Pax to be fully engaged at home with competing outside responsibilities.

Moleskine:

Took a few days off work to hang with 2.0.  Great weather the past few days.  Spring seems to finally be here and is often a time we think to cleaning, renewal and refresh.  Has been refreshing to unplug from work.  Taking time to play is an important part of resiliency.

What is Your Resiliency Quotient?

I am reminded of a favorite book about managing energy and how it is critical to full engagement and renewal.
