Being on the back 9 of this birthday week, getting out of bed for EC was not exciting. Good thing we had 5 pax for a quaint yog (with the soft J) down the ATT plus a few pull-ups in the middle. 9 pax, all sleeveless for Cheech (must like yesterday at HoP), got to work in unison… or did they?
Standard warm-up with SSH, merkins, WMHs, WMs, hillbillies, etc… at this point, Shake It had proclaimed he needed to visit the men”s room.. no problem we said… 5 minutes later he was still in the WOMENS bathroom with no signs of returning.. the pax moved as one to start the beatdown so he could properly hear our mumblechatter.
Mosey over the painground
5 pull-ups, 5 pull-up holds, 5 pull-ups – switcheroo a few times
Split into 2 groups – first group dead hang on the bars for 5 total minutes, if you fall off, 5 merkins and get right back on – other group does swerkins and airsquats – switch
10 cc dip, 10 second dip hold, 10cc dip
10 cc irkin, 10 second irkin hold, 10cc irkin
10 cc air squat, 10 second low squat hold, 10 cc air squat
Burpees with a wall jump at the end
During this wall exercises, the crew was harassed by the park guardian, a horsefly named Harold and his buddy (never caught his name). Floyd managed to put an end to Harold”s murderous regime all while full out slapping Beano on his six… you had to be there…
Mary with flutter kicks (because Bushwood or Riggs weren”t there and because I wanted to piss Shake It and Floyd off, I counted them myself) and an assortment of other exercises
