The final Q of YHC’s Birthday week at one of the best AOs in all the land.
Warm up with a mix of burpees and the usual stuff.
Broke the 18 PAX into 3 groups with a team lead for each to help keep everyone physically distanced and organized as the group travelled across campus.
Traditional pearls on a string approach, with short stretches of “faster than a mosey, slower than a sprint” pace and frequent stops for BOMBS (10 burpees, 20 overhead claps, 30 merkins, 40 big boy sit ups and 50 squats).
The PAX completed 5 stops on the tour of the mid-campus loop, and we modified to 40 sec plank hold (vs sit-ups) at stop #3.
Finished up back the Ao in one big circle with a final set of BOMBS and some extra burpees to get us up close to 140, in honor of the # of UNC wins over Dook (139 + one to come that evening) in the rivalry which started in 1920.
