The Typical Stuff

Main Event

Bear Crawl / Contra Burpee Escalator. 

Bear Crawl 1 parking space; do 1 burpee with its typical 1 incorporated merkin.  Bear Crawl 2 spaces; do 2 burpees, with 2 merkins incorporated into each burpee.  So on and so forth, up to five spaces and five burpees (with each burpee containing 5 merkins), and then back down to 1 & 1.

Stations.

Each man assumes a position at each station.  Bear Crawl Bag Drag & Retrieve is the timer.  Rotate through each station:

  1. Bear Crawl Bag Drag & Retrieve.  We conveniently had a ruck with a section of rope tethered to it.  Assume Bear Crawl position and start with ruck between legs.  Using arm of choice, reach back and pull the ruck forward to shoulder level.  Then Bear Crawl forward over ruck until it is between legs.  Continue for about 50 yards.  Then run back to start point, sit on your six, and pull the ruck back to you with the attached rope.
  2. Hand Release Merkins
  3. Dive Bombers
  4. Overhead Clap

Rinse and repeat.

Bus Bear Crawl Serpentine.  Bear Crawl in serpentine fashion (front to rear, then rear to front, then front to rear, etc) around the school buses.
