I had it all planned out… for whatever that’s worth. The plan included 4 stop escalators using arrows in the parking lot as markers. Turned out there was 5 on our route. That was like hitting the Power Ball! I found it interesting though that the crew today only corrected me when my mistakes resulted in more work.

Warm Up

SSH, imperial squat walker, alt shoulder touches, mountain climber

ME

Mosey’d round to the staff parking lot for and escalator. Looped this lot making stops on the arrows for:

  1. 5 8ct Burpees (note: I began doing everything at the fist stop and numerous PAX pointed it out.)
  2. 5 8ct Burpees, 10 Dry Docks
  3. 5 8ct Burpees, 10 Dry Docks, 15 lunges
  4. 5 8ct Burpees, 10 Dry Docks, 15 lunges, 20 squat jumps
  5. SSH until all in, than 25 IC (note: I forgot to do the other exercises and not one PAX pointed it out.)

Second Loop

  1. 5 Donkey Kicks
  2. 5 Donkey Kicks, 10 HR Merkins
  3. 5 Donkey Kicks, 10 HR Merkins, 15 Yoko Ono
  4. 5 Donkey Kicks, 10 HR Merkins, 15 Yoko Ono, 20 Burpees
  5. 5 Donkey Kicks, 10 HR Merkins, 15 Yoko Ono, 20 Burpees, WW2s until the last PAX began, then he counted 25

Bear crawled to the front wall for 5 min AMRAP 

  • 10 box jumps
  • 10 split squats each leg
  • 10 derkins
  • 10 dips

Bear crawl back to the side walk the mosey’d back to the start.
