Six men started EC for Spartan training consisting of grip strength training, bucket carries and burpees and it seemed Yanni was out for a solo run before the mystery was unveiled.
The mystery Q seemed benign until each Q seemed to bring more showmanship and theatrics than the last! This shows a lot of great enthusiasm, creativity and imagination. It also shows that No Money and YHC needed to put in some effort to keep pace! T-claps to Yanni and Marky Mark for coming up with this mystery q idea as it seems to pull the numbers! 34 PAX on a Monday came for a show, so we gave it to them.

Faster than a speeding bullet:
S drills (drills done around the shape of a Superman S) that varied each set in the order — Sprint to the cone and turn, Karaoke, high knees
Leap higher than the tallest building over four (low) hurdles
Sprint faster than a speeding bullet across the soccer field
Sprint up a hill
Mosey to the start and do it again (x3)
Due to extra time the second group of cadets did a fourth set and the S drill was backwards running…
