News of a possible FNG posting was relayed last night and the PAX were already trying to come up with names on Slack. There were some reindeer names and some literary puns, but nothing that really “stuck.” F3 names are always better in-the-moment anyway.

Head out on BC Parkway towards The Wall. Take a right up the hill towards Encore. Continue through Encore on Abercorn Circle and take the trail back towards the bottom of Constellation Park.
Time for intervals.
- 1/2 the length of the pond to the shed
- full length of the pond to the trail head
- 1 1/2 lengths for the top of the pyramid
- full length of the pond to the trail head
- 1/2 the length of the pond to the shed
Somewhere in the middle of the intervals our FNG slipped on the rocks and bloodied his leg pretty good, but didn’t miss a beat.
With a little bit of time left, I recalled Paperboy’s earlier mention of running the hills of Constellation Park, which now sounded like fun. Commence running up the hill to the top, back down the other side, and back up and down once more. Time to head back to the clubhouse.
