YHC has been very much enjoying getting back into the gloom with F3Churham’s restart, and jumped at the opportunity to take a Q slot at #Rameses, where there are so many options for a Q to choose from.

This morning, YHC was also pleased to welcome a friend of his as an FNG – soon to be named Floss, as he practices Dentistry. After giving the standard disclaimer, we began with a standard Warm-Up

  • SSH x25
  • WMH x10
  • Imperial Walker x10
  • Arm Circles/Reverse x12
  • Burpees x5 OYO
  • Harvester x 10

In Ramses tradition, PAX then continued their warm-up by running, arms out, up to the road. PAX then took a mosey to the Tennis Courts to begin their workout.

Set A = bear crawl to Court 2

  • 2 burpees oyo
  • 3 merkin single count
  • 4 jump squat single count
  • 5 LBC single count oyo 
  • Jog back to baseline

Set B= Set A + crawl bear to Court 3

  • Same exercises: 4/6/8/10
  • Jog back to baseline

Set C = Set A + Set B + Lt Dans to Court 5

  • Same exercises 8/12/16/20
  • Jog back to baseline

Set D = Sets A/B/C + crab walk to 6th court

  • Same exercises 16/24/32/40

Mosey down to the very bottom of THWM. We couldn’t let Floss leave Rameses without a taste of THWM. PAX ran in separated pairs from the very bottom up all 3 segments to the tree line.

PAX then caught their breath while YHC set up his speaker for a musical finale – Thunderstruck: planking throughout the song, with a merkin for every “Thunder”
