A chilly morning welcomed 5 PAX to this AO for one of YHC’s favorite back pocket workouts: run with burpees. This was YHC’s first Q in almost 4 months. Last week at #TheWall a philosopher named Griswold encouraged all of us to sign up to Q as a way to work through the post-holiday fartsack desire. Something about that suggestion resonated with YHC so he took him up on this kind offer.
